Fantastic experience! Just happened to be driving through the area, we had a trailer so we were able to be seated at a table while we waited for our order. While seated they offered my kids and I some free blueberry muffins and a basketball for them to play with. Very friendly staff and I'd recommend everyone try the drinks! Absolutely delicious. Wish we had one where I'm from

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother because she doesn’t have social media, and she wanted to make sure these employees got the recognition they deserve. She stopped by 7 Brew and ordered an Energy Chiller she had seen on TikTok. When it was first made, it didn’t look like the drink from the video. Instead of sending her on her way, Khalil and Olivia took the time to remake it and made sure it was prepared correctly. They were patient, kind, and genuinely cared about getting it right. My mother wanted to personally thank Khalil and Olivia for going above and beyond. Their excellent customer service and attention to detail made her experience a great one, and she truly appreciated the extra effort. I typically go to the one on Springfield and always have excellent service. Today I wanted to try Urbana 7 brew and get a new drink, Cupcake Cappuccino. I usually get a large chai tea which is always filled up to the top at Springfield location. When I pulled up I told the employee that I needed time to look at the menu. Where I was in the drive there is no way to view the menu. There is no hand held menus and the advertisements are shown a lot longer than the menu. Instead of giving me some time the person stood next to my vehicle. When I received the cupcake cappuccino in a large container there was only approximately 6ounces in the cup and three inches of foam. That’s a joke. When I handed it back to the employee, they said oh that’s how that drink is. I get the concept of a cold foam as a topping but cappuccino is what was ordered.

I go to 7brew almost everyday on my lunch break and just about every time, I’m in and out. They are very quick and efficient and everyone is so friendly. My drinks taste perfect EVERY time. I have to have sugar free drinks and I love that 7brew has SO many different sugar free options to make my drinks taste just as good! I appreciate every single one of the employees! Love you all!
